Exhibit at The Women’s Fair!

Registration for new Exhibitors is now open! Here are some basic guidelines if you are considering exhibiting at the women’s Fair. Download your 2014 Exhibitor Application.

Multi-level marketing companies are exclusive. You should contact us Mon-Thurs  at 406-203-4200 or send an email to check before submitting. You will be the only representative for your specific product or service.  This will include vendors such as doTerra, Amway, Nu Skin, Scentsy, Arbonne, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Tupperware, It Works, Nerium, Isagenix, Touchstone Crystals, Paparazzi, etc. Payment in full is required to reserve any space.

To ensure a wide selection of Exhibitors at the Women’s Fair, business categories are limited to three in each category. This rule applies in 2014 and can exceed the amount for Exhibitors that have been grandfathered in prior to 2013. Payment in full is required to reserve any space.

New to the Women’s Fair: Handmade Crafter’s Area! There are 10 exclusive tables, located on the front lobby of the Ballroom, for Exhibitors with 100% handmade items at a reduced price.

Our extensive media campaign includes radio, television, event listings, interviews, social media and email campaigns. Face-to-face advertising provides the ultimate opportunity to further broaden and brand your business in a positive and effective marketing environment. All Exhibitor booths located inside the Ballroom are 8×8 and include black pipe and drape, one 6′ table with a maroon, cloth tablecloth and two banquet chairs. Handmade Crafter’s include one 6′ table with a maroon, cloth tablecloth and one banquet chair.
